Basic Roof Prices
The following are basic roof prices taken primarily from insurance companies. This list is intended as a useful tool to inform the consumer. Bert Roofing Inc., like other roofing contractors, has no obligation to follow insurance prices. In fact, most insurance carriers are obligated to follow the market on replacement cost policies, not the other way around. Bert Roofing Inc. will almost always meet the below prices and will better them in many instances, but remember, they are only a guideline. If a contractor offers you a price significantly below the price on this page take caution. Things too good to be true usually are. There are no requirements for a contractor to carry insurance in Texas.
The rapid changes in oil prices have changed shingle prices weekly. If you have had an adjuster write up a claim for you, they will likely need to adjust the pricing when you get around to actually doing the work. This is not a difficult process. Please call for assistance. Last Update 4/10/09
